I strive to create films that are essentially a video time capsule. Jordan and Kalea got married in the late summer of 2020. COVID times. Fortunately, we won’t always be in the middle of a pandemic. Someday, Kalea and Jordan may have children and my hope is that this film will tell the beautiful story and wild ride of getting married in 2020.
They had originally planned a larger wedding, but COVID had other plans. The Millers got married in the backyard of Kalea’s childhood home in Springfield, Illinois with only their closest friends and family present. They got married and shared their first dance under a beautiful pergola that was hand made by Kalea’s father and shared a few tears dancing to The Best Part of Me is You. It was truly a touching and intimate day and I feel so grateful to have been invited to be part of it.
